  • DR. KEITH PRESENTS: Super Strong Style 16!!!

    We’re back on the DKP and back from two days in London for the ELECTRIC Super Strong Style 16 tournament in Camden’s appropriately titled Electric Ballroom. PROGRESS Wrestling put on two incredible days of pro wrestling that provided us with alot to talk about!

    In the first segment of the show, one third of PROGRESS ownership, Glen Joseph, joins Alan to discuss the weekend from a behind the scenes perspective and to talk about some of the truly special moments of the weekend for them. Then in part 2, taped LIVE ON THE STREETS OF CAMDEN, Oli Court, Iain Seaton and Jack Layzell brave the wind (we tried our best to shield the mic!) to talk to Alan about everything that happened on both shows. The lads discuss the best matches, the ironman performances of Chris Hero, Tommy End and Mark Andrews, the storylines going forward and so much more. It was an amazing tournament, an amazing weekend of wrestling and you can hear all about it this week on the DKP!!! CHECK IT!!! 

    (Note: Unfortunately, both segments had some audio issues which we’ve done our best to clean up. The aforementioned wind wasn’t too bad for the most part, but unfortunately there were issues with the interview with Glen so audio is not ideal on that. Apologies, we hope you still deem it listenable and are able to enjoy!)

  • DR. KEITH PRESENTS: The Wrestling Trip Of A Lifetime!

    Alan4L, your host of the DKP, is generally known as a rather excitable man when it comes to the ProWres. Well, he’s never been this excited so he had to do a show, and he had to make it a FREE show for all the fine people!

    This week, Alan jumps on a plane to head to the land of the best wrestling on earth – Japan! It’s a first time trip, and it’s the trip of a lifetime. The schedule has come together so that the 10 days of the trip are jam-packed with amazing wrestling. It’s so incredible that we needed to preview it all. Joining Alan for the show is a DKP regular who’ll be joining him in Tokyo — the great Joey Bay!!!

    The lads run through all the amazing matches that lie ahead for them. They’ll be seeing Big Japan, DDT, NOAH, New Japan, Dragon Gate, Sendai Girls, All Japan, WRESTLE-1 and NOSAWA Produce. So essentially…everything!!! If you like listening to people be crazy excited about wrestling, this is the show for you!

  • DR. KEITH PRESENTS: Indy funtime in Dallas!

    One of the most exciting things about WrestleMania weekend (particularly this year!) is the buffet of non-WWE offerings taking place all weekend long. Here on the Dr. Keith Presents show, we certainly love our indy wrestling and Alan is joined this week by two indy wrestling experts in Mike Falcone and a returning guest from our early years: Travis McNeill (T-MACK to some!!!).

    In a show that flies by, the lads run the gamete of everything going down in Dallas during Wrestlemania week from Lio Rush’s big title match opportunity in ROH to the Ryder Cup-esque goings on in EVOLVE at EDDIE DEEN’S RANCH, and of course, the amazing hodge podge card at WrestleCon.

    The collection of talent on display over the three days is off the charts, the best in the world are converging on Dallas! All the big matches, all the storyline possibilities, it’s all covered this week on a MASSIVE 2-hour DKP!!! CHECK IT!!!!

    After the roaring success of the first annual Joe Gagne Christmas Draft where Alan, Joe and the Voices Of Wrestling lads drafted EVERY SINGLE WRESTLER IN JAPAN….. what better way to kick off the 2015 DKP Christmas Party than with the sequel! We flew in Rich and the two Joes to the Dr. Keith Christmas Mansion, we broke out the draft board and we proceeded to draft four rosters of WCW’s finest from the Nitro era. Who devised the best show? Who was the Vince Russo of Christmas drafts? You tell us!!! CHECK IT!!!

    It’s a huge weekend of MMA – perhaps the biggest ever – and we’d be remiss if we didn’t do a UFC preview show here on the DKP. Unfortunately this show contains very little in the way of that. It does however contain more talk about Irish weather ladies (LADIES not girls) than you could have ever asked for. Featuring Eamo, Dave Ryan and JamieOD, this was QUITE THE SHOW! CHECK IT!

  • DR. KEITH PRESENTS (Dec 1): Welcome To OTT!!!

    After over a year, it’s about time we introduce you fine DKP listeners to something near and dear to our heart…..Ireland’s number one wrestling promotion – OTT!!! After another in a string of great shows this past Saturday night, Alan sits in his studio/car with JamieOD and BohsJohnny to get some live post-show reaction.

    Then we take it to the top of Over The Top as the man behind the promotion Joe Cabray joins us for a frank discussion about everything that’s gone into OTT’s first year, future plans, his time in NXT, the European wrestling landscape and more. Finally in a bonus segment to end the show, Alan rants and raves about a match he watched recently which has him doing cartwheels! A great show – CHECK IT!!!

    One of the DKP’s favourite sons Dean Knickerbocker is back with us on this edition of the show and of course he’s brought his ProWres Viewing Machine with him! This week we look at KING OF CHOP~!, some gems from the New Japan Cup, the boys from Big Japan tearing it up in the Strong Climb tourney, a From The Vault offering featuring a young Misawa as Tiger Mask II, this year’s Champion Carnival, Zack Sabre Jr being awesome and more!!!     After last weeks “half seven” debacle IRISH BACKUP HAS BEEN CALLED in the form of Eamoversion1 to help Alan battle the nefarious “US of A” led by known patriot Justin Shapiro.
