It was more Nightmare than Big Audio this week but in the off-chance that this show does make it to the promised land, and doesn’t sound like balls meeting taint, topics discussed are: Hating technology, Hockey Day in Canada and our newfound Kootney Mountain love, the prospects of a Jushin Thunder Lyger IWGP title reign, Linden Walker done wrong, New Japan’s got new balls to play with, All Japan and New Japan’s Sumo Hall shows, Kojima = Orange

Our special guest today is Nattie Neidhart, daughter of Jim the Anvil and granddaughter of Hart family patriarch Stu. We’ll discuss her recent WWE signing, her goals in the company, how Harry Smith is doing (they’re training partners), what it was like growing up with the Anvil for a father (including dating issues), strange animals at the Hart House, working for Matrats, getting help early on from Mauro Ranallo, why the family loved Mauro, whether Teddy Hart has always been wacky, whether she was approached about WSX, what it was like training, memories of her first match, wrestling in Europe and Japan, some of her favorite matches and opponents, other girls on the indy scene who might be a good fit in WWE, Dark Angel from CMLL, her longest tour, getting to wrestle at Korakuen Hall, Kenta Kobashi and other Japanese favorites, what her father thought of her getting into wrestling, whether she wanted to be a Diva growing up, and tons more!

We’re back to recap the fantastically absurd TNA Final Resolution PPV, which resolved virtually nothing. Thoughts on all the matches including Joe vs. Angle III, the VKM/Christy Hemme segment which was one of the worst things I’ve seen in wrestling in quite some time, and nonsensical booking and angles up and down the show. We’ve also got an ASSIGNMENT for those of you who actually purchased this PPV (and given how easily I got through when I had to call COMCAST at 5:00 PM, is not many of you). Also, the first half hour of this show is devoted to Brent Kremen, our friend and TNA PPV correspondent who recently spent three weeks locked up against his will in an asylum. When you know a guy for ten years and he gets sent to an institution, and you know that he may be weird and wacky but is harmless and certainly sane, it can initially be a source of comedy that such a thing can occur. But then when you hear about what else is going on in the institution and who else is in there, you are very quickly brought back down to earth. It’s a fascinating story and there are lessons everyone can learn from it. Quite the show today!

January 10 2007 Adam and Mike Show
200 minutes of audio were recorded this week. You’ll hear about 80 of them. Maybe. But if the Nightmare portion of the Big Audio rears its ugly head then you missed Adam and Mike talking about things like: Hockey and the All-Star game, Natural Light and the new Diamond state GHC junior tag champions, Ring Of NOAH?, Coach Buzz Stern, no love for Bob Giegel, the New Japan 1/4 Tokyo Dome and back-to-back Korakuen Hall shows, giving Tiger Mask his 4 back, and poetic moments with Lanny Poffo and Dusty Rhodes. Yes, a show almost fitting of Canada’s pastry-sponsored unofficial national holiday this Saturday, it’s the Adam & Mike Big Audio Nightmare proudly residing here at F4WOnline.com~!
