It is fight week once again and the build-up to Saturday’s UFC 190 begins with this week’s edition of UFC Embedded as the final preparations for the event on Saturday begin. In this episode, UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey meets with some media in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, site of UFC 190. We then head to Natal, Brazil, home of challenger Bethe Correia, who enjoys some training on the beach and then gets her hair done before doing one final night training session. Fight week and the final build up to UFC On FOX 16 on Saturday continues with UFC Embedded leading into tonight’s event. In the fourth episode, the fighters cut their final pounds and make the final check-ins for the event. UFC Middleweight Champion Chris Weidman is on hand and provides his pick for the main event. Fight week and the build up to UFC On FOX 16 on Saturday night continues with episode three of UFC Embedded. In this episode, the women in the co-main event, Miesha Tate and Jessica Eye, arrive in Chicago and sign posters, and then Eye goes sightseeing with her team while Tate makes a radio appearance. Paul Felder enjoys some time on Periscope with fans and doing interviews. UFC Bantamweight Champion T.J. Dillashaw and Edson Barboza get in some training at the host hotel. It is then off to open workouts on Thursday as the fighters continue to make final preparations for Saturday’s event. All of that and more, so check out episode three of UFC Embedded above.

Following today’s UFC weigh-ins is the UFC Fight Club Q&A session with UFC fighter and former WWE Champion CM Punk from his hometown of Chicago. It is scheduled to begin at approximately 5:45 PM eastern time.

Fight week and the build up to FOX UFC Saturday continues with UFC Embedded and the second episode leading into Saturday’s UFC Fight Night event headlined by the UFC Bantamweight Championship bout between champion T.J. Dillashaw and challenger Renan Barao, as well as the title eliminator bout in the women’s bantamweight division between Miesha Tate and Jessica Eye. In this edition, Tate and Eye finish up their time at their respective homes before heading to Chicago for fight week. Dillashaw, Barao, Edson Barboza and Paul Felder arrive to the host hotel in Chicago. Dillashaw and coach Duane Ludwig make final preparations and get a meal in while watching a replay of the first fight between Dillashaw and Barao. UFC Embedded returns this week for the big FOX event this weekend headlined by T.J. Dillashaw defending the UFC Bantamweight Championship against Renan Barao, and the title eliminator co-main event bout between Miesha Tate and Jessica Eye. In the first edition of this week’s series, Dillashaw and Barao finish up their training camps in their respective home cities, Eye enjoys a day at the chiropractor followed by a cryotherapy session, and Tate enjoys some food with friends while watching Road To The Octagon.
