Figure Four Daily returns today with Buddy Wayne to give us an update on his health. It’s worse than I thought — but he’s slowly on the mend. We’ll discuss his concussion, how it happened, why he’s so lucky it happened, how long he ended up hospitalized, his daily regimen now, when he’ll be back on his feet, and more.
